Getting Started
Installation
- Install JRuby and Ruby on Rails.
- Set JRUBY_HOME to point to your JRuby directory.
- Download rails-asyncweb.
- Unzip rails-asyncweb to your favorite directory.
Running
- Run rails-asyncweb from command line.
$ /path/to/bin/rails-asyncweb /path/to/your/rails/app
Performance
rails-asyncweb is faster, scales better than JRuby on Rails with WEBrick. Here are the benchmark result of running Rais app in production mode.
